Trying the Low Carb Thing


On Saturday, March 26, I decided to go low carb. Im almost at the end of day 4 and doing well. I also started Tae bo on Sunday and plan on doing that at least 5 days a week. I have to say, I don't feel hungry, and I find that my calorie intake has diminished, maybe because I feel fuller longer...anywayz, I pray I stick to my routine. lost some lbs this month, but I want post my new weight until April first. I will try to make sure I post my results from the prior month and also goals for the following month on the 1st of each month. Stay tuned:-)
