I bypassed it because that's not the kind of stuff I like to post to my blog. This morning I was looking for more Beyonce news and ran across a site with news about a woman named Katrina who stated she emailed a gossip site and lied about being involved with Jay-Z, and admitted that she was a stalker. 34 lbs Down 7 lbs To Go

I have been on the Master Cleanse going on 7 days. Since I have started, I have lost 8 lbs. I know once I have completed the cleanse some of the weight will come back, but as long as I break the fast correctly and continue to eat healthy and exercise, I think I will be fine. I am 7 lbs away from my goal weight of 140 and I am so excited, yet I'm not letting my hopes get too high. R&B singer Beyonce Knowles is gearing up to re-release her platinum selling sophomore set B-Day. This comes after her Spanish remake version of "Irreplaceable" took the Billboards Hot Latin Songs chart by storm; making the already huge English single a Spanish crossover success.
