Got Back Fat?

I know I do, and I hate it. I have lost alot of weight, but it seems that the back fat is not going anywhere. I decided to browse the web this evening to see if there were any good solutions to the "back fat" problem. Here are a few credible sites that I ran across:

Diet.Ivillage.com

Prevention.com

What do dancer's have in common?

Great Bodies! This is a constant among alot of dancer's. There's Madonna, Janet Jackson, Ciara, J-Lo, and of course Beyonce. While I'm still into Tae Bo, I have been considering ballet classes. Maybe me and my daughter can sign up together, I don't know, just thinking for now. In the meantime, I figured this article would be of interest to my readers: Get A Dancer's Body.

Finally, Low Carb Pasta

Made of tofu and yam flour, these noodles are high in fiber, VERY low in calories, and have ZERO points (if you're counting) for the entire two-serving package! It's basically "pasta" with hardly any carbs or calories. Use these in place of where you would normally use regular high carb pasta. Available at select grocery stores, select Whole Foods locations, Japanese markets, or order them online.

Pasta-rific!
We're gonna be straight with you here.  We had completely given up on pasta until we were introduced to the wonders of Tofu Shirataki.  Made of tofu and yam flour (it tastes better than it sounds), these noodlicious creations are high in fiber, VERY low in calories, and have ZERO points (if you're counting) for the entire two-serving package!  It's essentially "pasta" with hardly any carbs or calories.  That's complete and total insanity!  Add these to your favorite soups, salads, or anywhere else you'd normally use pasta.  We cannot possibly begin to explain to you how much we love and cherish these noodles.  They WILL change your life.  Available at select grocery stores, select Whole Foods locations, Japanese markets, or order them online.

A Wet Noodle...
Pasta is high in carbs and calories.  It's also addictive.  That's a horrendous combination if you ask us.  Credit should be given to anyone who can actually eat just one true serving of Capellini (which, by the way, still packs in around 210 calories).  This skinny spaghetti also contains 43 carbs!  Ack!   As good as it is, pasta is one of those things that just adds hundreds and hundreds of unwanted calories to your meals.  Make the switch over to Shirataki Tofu noodles, and satisfy your noodle cravings as often as you like, without having to buy new pants.

**Please note:  A serving of pasta is HALF the size of a serving of the Tofu Shirataki.
